I am a Former Depute Head and qualified Teacher with 20 years’ experience teaching and latterly specialising in Additional Support Needs and Disability. I believe in the importance of accurate representation of disability in literature and have co-created the children’s book, ‘Trudy And Me’ which celebrates difference and diversity. If you would like a small talk at your library, please get in touch.

Having worked with multi-agency professionals, I can work with nurses, therapists and social workers in children’s services to enhance knowledge and understanding of families living with disability with my talk, “Parents Matter”.
